Our services
We provide short-form clipping and distribution services for casino and iGaming brands. Specific scope, deliverables, fees and timelines for any engagement are set out in a separate proposal or agreement, which takes precedence over these terms where they conflict.
Acceptable use
- Do not use the site or services for any unlawful purpose or in breach of advertising, gambling or platform rules that apply to you.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the site.
- You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the assets, claims and target markets you provide to us.
Compliance
We build campaigns to run in permitted markets and to be disclosed as advertising. You remain responsible for holding the licences required in your markets and for confirming that a campaign meets the rules that apply to your business.
Intellectual property
The site, its content and our brand belong to us or our licensors. Ownership of campaign deliverables is set out in your engagement agreement. You grant us the rights needed to run and report on your campaign.
Fees and results
Fees, billing and any performance terms are defined in your agreement. Marketing results depend on many factors outside our control, and we do not guarantee specific views, rankings, revenue or other outcomes.

The site and services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Nothing on this site is legal, financial or professional advice.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, and our total liability arising from the services is limited to the amount you paid us for the engagement giving rise to the claim.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your breach of these terms, your assets or content, or your failure to hold the licences or approvals required in your markets.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA, and any disputes are subject to the courts located there, unless your agreement states otherwise.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
